Sticky Sweet Pork with Hot Potato Salad
A hearty everyday favourite. Perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients
- 1 X 480g pack Pork Loin Steaks
- 130g Skeeters Original BBQ Sauce
- 170g Mixed Grapes
- 450g Maris Piper Potatoes
- 200g Green Beans
- 300g Cherry Tomatoes
- 125g Red Onions
- 150g Mayonnaise
- 1 X heaped tsp Paprika
- 1 X heaped tsp Dried Oregano
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- 80g Sweet Chilli Sauce or homemade sauce (ingredients below)
Homemade sauce:
- 25g Squeezy Honey
- Juice x ½ Lime
- ½ flat tsp dried crushed Chilli seeds
- Makes – 50ml
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200c/400F/gas 6.
- Mix together the sweet chilli sauce or homemade sauce ingredients and the BBQ sauce
- Cut the grapes in half.
- Put the pork steaks into a baking dish.
- Pour over the sauce and sprinkle over the grapes.
- Bake in the oven for 40 mins uncovered.
- Meanwhile wipe the potatoes, no need to peel.
- Cut in medium size chunks and boil in some salted water for 10 mins – till just tender – then drain well.
- Cut the green beans into small lengths - pour over some boiling water and leave for 5 mins – then drain well.
- Peel and chop the red onions.
- Cut the tomatoes in half.
- In a salad bowl mix the mayo with the paprika and the oregano and mix well.
- Add the potatoes, beans, tomato and red onions and toss together along with some ground black pepper.
- Serve the pork alongside the salad.
