Charcuterie Sharing Platter

Ring in the new year with meats, cheeses and festive finger foods your guests will be tucking into all night.

Ingredients

  • 1 Blue cheese wedge
  • 1 Mature cheddar block
  • 1 Mozzarella/buratta ball
  • 30g of Garlic & parsley bruschetta
  • 150g SS Halkidiki giant olives
  • 100g SS chorizo ring
  • 80g Chorizo and Gouda rollitos
  • 120g Spanish Charcuterie selection
  • 90g Prosciutto di Parma
  • 90g Thins flatbreads
  • 40g Jalapeño chili jam
  • SS Marinated olive & antipasti
  • 30g Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Mini pears
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 15ml Olive oil
  • Basil to garnish

Method

  1. Slice the pear, put the chutney and olives into little bowls.
  2. Arrange all the meats and cheeses on a platter with the bruschetta thins and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Top the mozzarella/buratta with olive oil and season with black pepper, garnish with basil.
