Charcuterie Sharing Platter
Ring in the new year with meats, cheeses and festive finger foods your guests will be tucking into all night.

Ingredients
- 1 Blue cheese wedge
- 1 Mature cheddar block
- 1 Mozzarella/buratta ball
- 30g of Garlic & parsley bruschetta
- 150g SS Halkidiki giant olives
- 100g SS chorizo ring
- 80g Chorizo and Gouda rollitos
- 120g Spanish Charcuterie selection
- 90g Prosciutto di Parma
- 90g Thins flatbreads
- 40g Jalapeño chili jam
- SS Marinated olive & antipasti
- 30g Pomegranate seeds
- 1 Mini pears
- Cracked black pepper
- 15ml Olive oil
- Basil to garnish
Method
- Slice the pear, put the chutney and olives into little bowls.
- Arrange all the meats and cheeses on a platter with the bruschetta thins and pomegranate seeds.
- Top the mozzarella/buratta with olive oil and season with black pepper, garnish with basil.
